True Edwards Biography
Born and raised in Charleston, native True Edwards understands the magic of this Lowcountry area fully and wishes to share that appeal with all of her clients. Graduating from the College of Charleston with a degree in psychology, True began to work with sexually abused children at the Lowcountry Children’s Center. She then finished work on her Master’s Degree from The Citadel and went into business with her mother, opening a premier outdoor equipment shop called The Outdoor Shoppe. True was manger and buyer for the store until 2006 when she decided to dive into the real estate market. Since that time, True has used her vast knowledge of her hometown region, customer service abilities and communications skills to become one of the best start up agents in the Lox Country area. True Edwards plans to put the variety of skills to use for you, and by joining with Jan Pinney and Cheryll Woods-Flowers to form the Mount Pleasant Home Team, she will be better poised to help you in any real estate transaction. Jan Pinney Biography
Jan’s passion for real estate became a reality when her family moved from Maryland to the South Carolina Low Country region in 2004. After being thrown into the market frenzy and working with numerous builders, developers and other real estate professionals – Jan had found her calling. Entrepreneurs at their hearts, Jan and her husband purchased their first residential and commercial property back when interest rates were in the double digits. Since that time though, Jan has learned valuable lessons concerning this ever-changing market. Jan says with confidence, “When you’ve experienced a market downturn firsthand you know that it’s going to change – there’s a real estate opportunity in every market.” The pair have since invested in numerous commercial, land and residential properties and understand the value and financial power of prudent real estate investments. Jan’s ultimate goal is to work with individuals that are interested in leveraging their financial assets whether you’re a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor. “I get great satisfaction helping clients through the many steps it takes to finalize a real estate transaction.” Jan credits her move to Keller Williams to the company’s value system, which puts people before property. Attracted by the opportunities available through growth and education she recognizes the value of exceptional customer service, training and effective business systems. Let Jan help you with your next real estate transaction and experience the Keller Williams difference.
